摘　　要： 对于新兴市场国家而言,竞夺世行行长企望一次成功并不现实,但国际社会由此强烈感知到了打破世行"潜规则"的一股成长性力量,同时看到了世界经济格局发生重大变化的背景下改革与重构国际金融秩序的未来希望。 For emerging market countries,competition for the World Bank Governors look forward to a success is not realistic,and the international community has a strong perception at the moment to break the World Bank 'hidden rules' growth force,and see the new hope of the international financial order.
