摘　　要： 运用文献研究法、调查研究法和数理统计法,对影响运动员社会化家庭环境因素进行了研究。表明,运动员社会化家庭环境因素有父母文化职业、父母教育严格性—学业期望、家庭规模—父母期望、父母的教育民主性和父母的帮助等因子,其中父母文化水平和职业地位是主要因素;父母文化程度和职业地位对家庭环境产生影响,进而影响家庭社会化环境;父母对子女社会化的作用和影响不同,母亲不同教育方式导致子女不同社会化结果,父母学业期望影响子女的学业成绩;父母对实际情况判断影响到对运动员职业期望,家庭规模越小父母对运动员的职业期望越高;对父母教育的民主性的判断,与父母联系减少而形成的感受有关,与运动员远离父母不确切的评价有关;父母对运动员退役后谋取职业的帮助,取决于父母亲拥有的交换资源,取决于运动员独立能力;运动员过早离开家庭,生活依赖期较短,对父母的印象较少,对家庭的观念淡薄,家庭教育缺失。 With the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics,the paper did a research into the family factors that affected the socialization of athletes.The study showed that the factors included the parents＇ education level and occupation,parents＇ strictness on education-expectation on studies,family size-parents expectation,parents＇ democracy on education and support,of which parents＇ education level and occupation were the primary factors where they affected the family environment as well as the socialization environment of family;Fathers and mothers played a different role in children＇s socialization and the way of mothers＇ education could produce different socialized results;Parents＇ academic expectation could affect children＇s academic achievements;Parents＇ judgment on children＇s actual conditions affected their occupation expectation and the smaller the family size,the higher the occupation expectation;The judgment on the democracy of parents＇ education was related to the feeling of reducing touch with parents and the uncertain evaluation that resulted from athletes being far away from parents;Parents＇ assistance with retired athletes in seeking jobs depended on parents＇sharing resources and athletes＇capacities;The athletes that left home at an excessively young age with a shorter dependence period on family had little impression on parents and family and were short of family education.
