摘　　要： 采用影像分析法、文献资料法、对比分析法等对12名背向滑步推铅球选手最后用力时身体重心和铅球的速度变化进行研究与分析。结果表明,在最后用力时人体重心速度和铅球速度的变化呈现出先相同后不同的运动特点,且铅球的速度变化存在一个"拐点"。 The video analysis,documentation and contrastive analysis are used in this paper to analyze the body gravity and shot＇s velocity change of 12 backward sliding shot-put athletes in the final force.The result indicates that in the final force,the velocity change of body gravity and shot has shown the same features at first and the different features later and there is a ＂turning point＂ on shot＇s velocity change.
