摘　　要： 文章分析了社会救助家庭再就业收入的决定因素及受助家庭再就业人员间的收入差距,采用Shapley值方法分解发现,社会网络对不同区域受助家庭收入差距的影响因子约占1/5,在所有影响因素中属于关键性因素。由于社会关系网络在有效扩大个体利益的同时,会在很大程度上损害公共利益,作者认为,一种良性的改革思路是促使其具备公共性,并向公共领域移动,使其能够在与公共利益重叠的领域发挥主观能动性。同时,政府应确立正式的法律体制和公共管理机制,削弱社会关系网络的分配效应,从而在更大程度上减弱社会收入差距扩大的格局。 After analyzing the Sharpley Value that represents income differential between the families with social assistance and those without the assistance,this study indicates that the influence coefficient of social network on income gaps of various re-employed groups are accounted for nearly one fifth,which is a key factor among all influences.Social relationship network in the effective can expand individual's interests,but may also harm the public interests to a large extent.The author argues that a healthy reform is to prompt it with more public features and to push it toward public domain,so that it can take the initiative in overlapping areas with public interests.At the same time,governments should establish a formal legal system and public administration mechanism,which can weaken the distributional effects of the network of social relations to a greater extent.
