摘　　要： 研发服务业的兴起与发展是经济发展的一种必然。从总体上对研发服务业的形成原因、演化过程及影响因素进行梳理,认为研发服务业在市场需求、市场竞争、技术革命、科技政策等因素的催生下,产生了制造业与研发服务能力相连结、通路商转型升级、专业研发扩大服务内涵三个演化形态,并受到外部环境、任务环境、组织内部环境三个因素的影响。该研究突出了研发服务业在经济转型阶段的重要性,以期能够为研发服务业的发展提供参考。 The rise and development of R ＆ D services is a necessity for economic development. This paper deals with the R＆D services, the evolutionary process and the influencing factor. Under the action of market demand, market competi- tion, technological revolution and technology policy, R＆D services have been led to three evolution forms, which are the connection with R＆D serviceability, the channel operator, and the professional R＆D expanding services connotation. What~ more, under the influences of external environment, task environment, the internal environment of organization, R＆D services are very important in the process of economic transition. We hope this can provide some guidance for R＆D services.
