摘　　要： 网络化考试是教育信息化建设的重要组成部分和标志之一。机考或网考是解决目前大学英语考试操作的复杂性、不安全性等问题最有效的途径之一。因而,网络化题库建设及其标准的研制是网络化考试的核心问题。本文探讨了外语教学网络化试题库的建设标准。 College English test based on the Internet or computer is one of the main milestones and key parts for education through ICT. College English test based on the Internet or computer may be one of the effective ways to deal with the complexity, unsafety and low efficiency in college English tests. However, the core problems for test based on the Internet or computer are the research of standards for developing test banks. The paper tries to explore the standards for developing test banks.
