摘　　要： 在游泳教学中良好师生关系的建立不仅能够达到良好教学效果。同时,对于学生学习游泳兴趣的提高、智能的培养以及促进其身心和个性的全面发展会有极大裨益。在游泳教学过程中建立良好的师生关系是推行素质教育的关键,也是提高教学效益的重要前提,对游泳教学的顺利进行和教学质量的提高将产生直接的影响。 The establishment of a good teacher-student relationship in swimming teaching not only can obtain good teaching effect, but also can increase students＇ interest to learn swimming, strengthen the cultivation of intelligence and promote a comprehensive development of their body, mind and personality. The establishment of good teacher-student relationship in swimming teaching is the key to the quality education, also the important prerequisite for the improvement of teaching efficiency, and will have a direct impact on the smooth progress of swimming teaching and the improvement of teaching quality.
