摘　　要： 目的研究医学院校女大学生积极心理品质、身心健康现状及影响因素。方法采用成人性情希望量表(ADHS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、牛津幸福量表修订版(ROHS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)以及自编的基本资料问卷对1,415名在校女大学生进行调查和测量。结果医学院校女大学生在希望感(t=7.426,P<0.001)和一般自我效能感(t=9.290,P<0.001)的得分显著低于男大学生;身心健康量表的总平均分(t=8.255,P<0.001)显著高于男大学生。生源、专业、学业成绩、获得奖励情况和是否担任学生干部等因素影响医学院校女大学生的积极心理品质或身心健康(P<0.05)。结论医学院校女大学生的心理健康水平比同龄的男大学生差,要有针对性地加强女大学生的心理健康教育。 Objective To research positive psychological quality,psychosomatic symptom and its influencing factors of female students at medical colleges and universities.Methods Totally 1415 female college students were tested for the female students＇ basic information by Adult Dispositional Hope Scale,General Self-efficacy Scale,Oxford Happiness Test-Revised,Symptom Checklist 90 and self-designed questionnaire.Results（1） The scores of hope（t=7.426,P0.001） and self-efficacy（t=9.290,P0.001） of female students were significantly lower than those of the male students,but the scores of symptoms（t= 8.255,P0.001） were significantly higher.（2） Origin,major,academic achievement,award winning and student cadres are the influencing factors（P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological health of female students of military medical universities is worse than that of male students,so it is necessary to strengthen psychological health education to female students.
