摘　　要： 新实施的《非物质文化遗产法》总结了我国几十年文化遗产保护的经验,将我国的文化遗产保护工作推进到法制化、规范化、科学化的新时期,西部地区在新时期开展少数民族非物质文化遗产保护工作,要结合《非物质文化遗产法》的新思路,积极探索适合西部地区特色的保护措施。 The new implemented ＂Intangible Cultural Heritage Law＂ sums up experiences about cultural heritage protection in our country during the past decades.The Law promotes the cultural heritage protection of China to a scientific,standardized and institutionalized period.In the new era,intangible cultural heritage protection of ethnic minorities in the western region of China should be carried out in accordance with the novel ideas drawing from the ＂Intangible Cultural Heritage Law＂.The protective measures which are particularly suitable for the western region should also be actively explored.
