摘　　要： 文章基于深圳、广州、东莞的实证调查资料,运用质性定量相结合的研究方法,对珠三角地区的新生代劳务工的基本情况、特征、主体性需要及其社会支持进行了调查研究。同时,立足于本次实证研究,探讨了企业社会工作的综合服务模式、介入路径、实务方法及"一站式"的服务。 Based on the empirical survey data from Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Dongguan, this paper investi- gates and analyses the basic situation, feature, needs and social support of the new generation of migrant workers using the combined quantitative and qualitative methods. Furthermore, on the basis of these find- ings, further studies in corporate social work are made concerning integrated service model, intervention route, practical method and ＂one-step＂ service.
