摘 要: 通过建立凸轮机构的数学模型,得到去青机器的运动规律.首先提出去青机器的结构,介绍机器如何实现去除毛竹青色表皮,凸轮机构输出的往复运动是机器的主运动.按质量等效、刚度等效原则简化凸轮机构,建立凸轮机构动力学模型,依据动力学模型与Koster模型建立凸轮机构数学模型,反映出从动件位移、速度和加速度的关联;根据余弦加速度运动与多项式型运动规律,与凸轮机构边界条件推导出从动件输出端运动规律的多项式;结合去青机器的运动参数,简化运动微分方程,推导出从动件输入端运动规律方程组,得到主运动的运动规律,并进行参数扰动分析,作为去青机器设计的理论依据. To explore motion law of wipe off bamboo surface layer machine by establishing mathematical model of cam mechanism. Configuration of wipe off bamboo surface layer machine had designed. How to wipe off bamboo surface layer introduced. Its main movement is reciprocating motion of cam mechanism. lished Predigestilag cam mechanism is according to equivalent quality and equivalent stiffness, then estabdynamic modeling. Mathematic modeling of cam system had established by dynamic modeling and Koster modeling. Mathematic modeling could reflect the athletic relation of displacement velocity and acceleration of follower. Basing on cosine a6celeration athletics and polynomial athletic regularity, the polynomial of the output terminal of follower was educed with confine condition of cam system. Athletic differential eguation p wer had educed, redigested by athletic parameter of the machine. Equations of the input terminal of folloparametric disturbance had analyzed, became academic gist of cam system design
