摘 要: 研究了在可伐合金与Pyrex玻璃之间引入DM308玻璃层对改善Pyrex玻璃在可伐合金表面开裂的影响。结果表明,采用涂覆的方法可以引入约200μm厚的DM308玻璃,而采用加热玻坯的方法可以引入较厚(2 mm)的DM308玻璃。在Pyrex玻璃和可伐合金之间引入DM308玻璃过渡层可以解决Pyrex玻璃开裂的问题,但是引入的DM308玻璃需要一定的厚度(约2 mm),而且在950℃下的热处理时间不得超过30 min。 The effect of DM308 glass layer between Pyrex glass and Kovar alloy on cracking improving of Pyrex glass on the surface of Kovar alloy was investigated. The results indicate that the thinner DM308 layer (about 200/μm) can be introduced by coating, and the thicker DM308 layer (2 mm) can be introduced by heating the DM308 billet. The problem of the cracking of Pyrex glass on the surface of Kovar alloy is solved by introducing DM308 glass as transition layer with certain thickness (about 2 ram), and the heat treatment time is controlled less than 30 min at 950℃.
