摘 要: 采用问卷调查法,选取广州等地区企业的研发人员为调查对象,探讨了工作资源对研发人员工作投入的影响作用机制。研究结果表明:工作资源对工作投入具有显著的正向影响;心理资本在工作资源与工作投入之间起部分中介作用。 This paper tries to examine the influence of job resources on work engagement,and investigates the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between job resources and work engagement. The data is collected from RD staff from enterprises located in some cities,such as Guangzhou. In line with predictions,we found that job resources had a significant positive effect on work engagement. The results also indicated that psychological capital partially mediated the effect of job resources on work engagement.
