摘　　要： 马克思的全面发展理论和马斯洛的自我实现理论都是关于人的发展理论,人的全面发展和自我实现都是人所追求的目标和动力,因此,二者有一定的相近或相通之处。但是,由于两种理论建立在不同的理论基础和视阈之上,二者之间又存在着根本性的内在差异。因此,文章从它们的理论基础和出发点、研究路径和方法、内容侧重点、类型及实现途径以及结论上具体分析和比较,以期较科学地认识和评价马斯洛的自我实现理论和完整准确地理解马克思关于自我实现的思想,从而为当今青年大学生形成正确的自我实现观提供借鉴。 Both Marxist theory on people＇s Overall development and Maslow＇s theory on self-actualization are about human development. And both theories are the destination and the motive power which the human have been pursuing for. Therefore, these two theories have something in common. However, these two theories are based on different foundations and fields of vision, so there are fundamental differences between them. And this paper makes specific analysis and compare in their foundation, research route, content, type of self-actualization and the conclusion, in the hope of regarding and appraising Maslow＇s theory and Maslow＇s theory on selfactualization scientifically. Thereby, the ultimate goal is providing example for the young colleges.
