摘　　要： 供应链融资是一种全新的金融服务模式,能有效解决中小企业融资难的问题。本文分析了供应链融资的优势及其融资风险因素的识别,认为应建立和完善中小企业的信用征信体系、合理选择质押物、对供应链核心企业进行跟踪评价、加强供应链融资信息平台的建设,以对供应链融资的风险进行有效控制。 Supply chain financing is a new financial services model to effectively address the financing difficulties of SMEs. This paper analyzes the advantages of supply chain financing and its fmancing risk factor identification, and proposes that the SME Credit System should be established and improved, and a reasonable choice of the collateral, the core enterprise of the supply chain to track evaluation to strengthen the supply chain financing platform for the construction should be manipulated so that the risk of supply chain financing can be effectively controlled.
