摘　　要： 在物流行业迅猛发展的时代,物流金融必将取得相应的发展。可以想象,在快速发展的过程中,物流金融会面临一些问题和风险。本文介绍了物流金融概念,尤其是存货质押融资业务模式,分析了在当今供应链合作的条件下第三方物流企业在物流金融实践中所面临的一些风险,并提出了一些建议和对策,希望使物流金融业务得到更好的理解。 In the era when logistics industry develops rapidly,logistics finance will develops appropriately.It could be imagined that logistics finance,during its fast development,will confront some difficulties and challenges.This paper introduces the concept of logistics finance,especially the business model of inventory financing,analyzes the risks that third-party logistics companies confront during their logistics practices under the condition of supply chain cooperation,and proposes several suggestions and countermeasures,expecting to make a better understanding of logistics finance.
