摘 要: 儒家的理想政治形态是王道政治。王道政治一般被理解为仁政德治。这是一种治道意义上的王道政治。王道政治具有政道含义:它由天道提供正当性来源、由王道保证合法性基础、由王权供给实体化建构,从而将现实政治权力置于严格的正当性与合法性审查之下。王道政治是一体三维的立体化政治理论,不是一种平面化的治道设计。王道政治的道德资源丰厚。霸道政治是儒家所轻视的政治形态,但霸道政治的政治建构能力似乎高于王道政治。在王道政治与霸道政治之间,不同文明形态相互之间的矫正功能得以浮现,王道政治应当为人们所重视。 The ideal political form of Confucianism is kingship, which is generally understood as benev olent and virtuous governance. However, kingship possesses not just administrative but political meanings: it is provided with justification by heaven, legitimacy by kingship, and substantial construc tion by royal power. In this way, actual political power should have been placed under the strict exami nation of justification and legitimacy. Kingship politics is a type of "threedimensioninonesystem" political theory, rather than a planar governance design, kingship politics surely has redundant moral resources, which hegemonic politics lacks and thus is despised by Confucianism. However, hegemonic politics is seemingly more capable of political construction. Between kingship and hegemonic politics, a rectifying function among different forms of civilization begins to effect. Especially nowadays when hegemonic politics is playing a role as the mainstream political form, it should be noticed that kingship politics has a rectifying effect on it.
