摘　　要： 老年群体规模宏大 ,资本含量高 ,开发利用老年人力资源有其内在的必要性和可行性。本文在回顾了关于老年人力资源的几种理论和对我国老年人力资源的现状进行描述的基础上 ,分析了开发和利用我国老年人力资源的可行性和必要性 。 The paper reviewed some theories on human resources of the old people and analysed the fesibilities and necessities of developing and utilizing the human resources of the aged in our country Finally it put forward some suggestions and countermeasures of doing so
