摘 要: 研究了不同活化剂、活化水的理化处理手段对钾长石中钾的促释效果。结果表明:活化水、不同烘干温度、不同活化剂及其用量对钾长石的活化效果均有明显影响;活化水较普通水的促释效果提高12%~21%,NaCl等活化剂与钾长石中的钾发生离子替换作用,促进钾释放,增幅达41%~76%,而活化剂QN和linN不同用量及不同烘干温度条件下,能够大大促进钾释放,增幅达2.8~4.8倍;促释技术为难溶性钾矿物的开发利用提供了一条新的利用途径。 The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of different Physicochemical treatments,such as activators,activated water,on promoted-release of potassium in feldspar.The result showed that activated water,different temperature,different kinds of activators and dosage could obviously activate feldspar.Compared to ordinary water,the effect of activated water increased 12%-21%.Activators like NaCl,which can substitute for K+ in feldspar,promoted potassium-release from 41% to 76%.Different dosage of activators QN and LinN under different temperature also had exerted great influence in promoting the release of potassium in feldspar,with increments of 2.8 to 4.8 times.This promoted-release technology provides a new way for using insoluble potassium minerals.
