摘 要: 采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取鸭儿芹(Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk)种子中芳香油,使用正交试验设计对萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间、原料粒度进行了优化。结果表明,鸭儿芹种子芳香油超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺参数组合是萃取压力15 MPa、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间2.5 h、原料粒度40目,芳香油萃取率可达1.17%。 Aromatic oil was extracted from the seeds of Japanese honewort(Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk) by supercritical CO2 extraction method;And orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the technological parameters including extraction temperature,extraction pressure,extraction time and granularity of raw material.It was proved that the optimum technological parameters combination for supercritical CO2 extraction of Japanese honewort was extraction pressure,15 MPa;Extraction temperature,40 ℃;Extraction time,2.5 h;Material mesh size,40,under this condition,the extraction rate of aromatic oil was 1.17%.
