井身结构对射孔段油管柱强度安全性影响分析

摘  要: 以某超深复杂井L101井射孔工程为例,通过改变射孔段长度、"口袋"长度和射孔比参数值,进行对比分析和研究,得出如下规律:(1)射孔段的长度对井底管柱的强度安全性产生的影响非常小,可不考虑其影响;(2)"口袋"长度对井底管柱的强度安全性产生的影响不可忽视,应将其作为主要影响参数来考虑;(3)射孔比小于1.5,随着射孔比的增大,油套管峰值应力及封隔器处峰值压力呈减小趋势,有利于管柱安全;射孔比大于1.5,为了射孔管柱安全而继续扩展井下空间没有意义。 Taking as an example the perforation project of Well L101 of some superdeep complex well of some oil-gas field, a comparative analysis and study have obtained the following regularities by means of changing the length of the perforation section, the length of the "pocket" and the parameter of the perforation ratio. First, the length of the perforation section has a very little effect on the strength safety of downhole pipestring and the effect is almost negligible. Second, the effect of the length of the downhole "pocket" on the strength safety of downhole string cannot be ignored and it should be considered as the major parameter of effect. Third, when the perforation ratio is less than 1.5, the peak stress of tubing and casing and the peak pressure at the packer tend to decrease with the increase of perforation ratio. This is favorable to pipestring safety. When the perforation ratio is greater than 1.5, it is of no significance to continue to expand downhole space for perforation pipestring safety.
