摘 要: 采用沙柳为原料生产高得率碱性H2O2化学机械浆,发现在NaOH总用量为8%,H2O2总用量为10%时,和沙柳单段P-RC APMP浆料相比,沙柳双段P-RC APMP浆料的白度增加8.34%,裂断长增加21.82%,耐破指数增加24.83%;浆料内的细小纤维较沙柳单段P-RC APMP中的细小纤维多,纤维表面的碎片较多,纤维分丝帚化的程度较大;纤维的结晶度降低了3.45%。 We studied the pulping properties of Salix psammophila in different P-RC APMP pulping process at the same chemicals dosage. From the results we can see, comparing with the one-stage P-RC APMP, the brightness, breaking length and bursting index of the two-stage Salix psammophila P-RC APMP were respectively improved by 8.34%ISO, 21.82% and 24.83%, the surface of fibre of the Salix psammopkila one-stage P-RC APMP were more roughly and broken; the degree of the crystallinity of the cellulose of the two-stage P-RC APMP is improved by 3.45%.
