摘 要: 现代儿童推车的设计主要以轻量化、易操作和多样型为发展趋势。通过建立儿童推车的常用简化模型规则,实现了新产品快速建模的前期规划;运用有限元法对儿童推车进行骨架的安全敏感性位置分析,并依据结果进行比较提出改进,可通过多接触连接和使用曲杆等方法来减少整车的变形和局部应力过大的情况;以仿真模型进行优化分析,得出圆形杆件是满足轻量化设计的最佳横截面杆件。以上分析结果为基于快速设计方法的儿童推车多类型产品开发提供了理论支持。 Modern Children cart is designed to be lightweight,easy operation and various types as its trends.Through the establishment of a common simplified model stroller rules to achieve a pre-planning of the new product rapid modeling;making the skeleton security-sensitive location analysis of the Children cart by the finite element method and providing a reasonable improvement through the comparison of the result: through the methods of more contact and connection and the use of round bar it can be reduced the vehicle's deformation and the local excessive stress;making optimization analysis of the simulation model illustrate that the circular bar is to satisfy the lightweight design of optimal cross section bar.The above conclusion offer a theoretical support of the Children cart type product development based on the rapid design methods.
