摘　　要： 哲学的特质决定了其对现实世界分析的独特性,即视野的全球性和分析路径的结构化。就全球视野来看,中国特色社会主义建设实践是在全球进入金融资本集权的境遇中和后工业社会的语境下展开的。就结构分析来看,一方面,30多年来中国特色社会主义的实践内含了"功能思维→政府主导→理论引领→混合结构→人民主体"五个结构要素和相应的五个演进梯次,形成了以"中国特色社会主义建设实践的内在逻辑"为特征的哲学分析框架;另一方面,中国共产党人的重要责任和使命(执政为民)与人民群众的新期待(实践创新),决定了中国特色社会主义建设实践的不断发展,应是在"深层结构→核心体制→运行方式"三个层级上进行改革,力争实现重大突破,并体现为"调整结构→改革体制→转变方式→建构秩序",从而形成了以"中国特色社会主义建设实践的发展趋向"为导引的创新发展逻辑。 The nature of philosophy determines the uniqueness of its analysis of the real world:a global horizon and a structured approach.Seen against a global horizon,the practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics proceeds in the context of post-industrial society and the worldwide centralization of financial capital.Observed in a structural perspective,the thirty-plus years of socialist practice contain five structural elements and five corresponding stages of evolvement,i.e.the functional mode of thinking→government domination→theoretical guidance→mixed structure→people-centered stance.As a result,a framework of philosophical analysis has emerged characterized by'the inner logic of the practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.'On the other hand,the major responsibility and mission of the Communist Party of China(governing for the people)and the new expectations of the masses(innovation in practice)determines that to ensure the continuous development of socialist construction,reforms should be made at the three levels of underlying structure→core institutions→operational mode so as to achieve significant breakthroughs and realize'structural adjustment→institutional reform→ transformation of development mode→establishment of order.'In this way,an innovative developmental logic will come into being guided by the'developmental trend of the practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.'
