摘　　要： 基于模糊集理论与风险矩阵,对知识链组织之间知识共享风险进行了分析与评估,得到六类典型风险的重要性等级,并使用Borda序值法对风险进行排序,为防范与控制知识链组织之间的风险提供了依据。 Based on the theory of fuzzy set and the risk matrix, this paper analyzes and evaluates the knowledge sharing risk a- mong organizations in the knowledge chain, and obtains the importance grades of 6 typical risks. The paper uses the Borda method to rank the risks, and provides the foundations for the prevention and control of risks among organizations in the knowledge chain.
