摘　　要： 基于中英诗特点的比较,试图回答诗可译不可译,译成散体诗还是韵体诗的问题,通过实例分析,重点讨论许渊冲先生倡导的译诗＂三美＂论。 The thesis, based on a brief comparative study of the main features between Chinese and English poetry, aims to reply to such questions as ＂Is it possible to translate poetry from Chinese into English or vice versa and which is a better alternative of poetry translation, in prose form or in verse form＂ and focuses with examples and analyses on the explanation of ＂beauty in image, in rime and in shape＂ theory initiated by Professor XU Yuan-chong.
