摘 要: 为进一步提高制动系统的安全性和可靠性,CRH1型动车组上设计了以"故障导向安全"为原则的紧急制动安全回路,将影响动车组安全运行的各种不安全因素串入紧急制动安全回路,使动车组在出现紧急情况时不依赖计算机系统的前提下能安全停车,为列车提供独立于计算机之外的安全保护,其缜密的设计理念在我国自主研发高速动车组制动机过程中值得借鉴。 A security brake loop which is based on the "fail safe" principle has been designed for improving safety and reliability further in CRH1 EMU of China Railways. The security brake loop, which connects a variety of insecurity in the train journey, can achieve emergency brake and provide protection for the EMU in case of emergency, fully independent from the computer system. The careful design about the loop is worth learning in the process of self-study of brake system for high-speed EMU of China Railways.
