摘 要: 采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了柠檬石膏/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的非等温结晶动力学,对所得的数据采用的是修正Avrami方程的Jeziorny法和Mo法进行处理。结果表明:柠檬石膏的加入提高了PP的结晶温度Tp和结晶速率,同时降低了结晶活化能ΔE,使PP结晶更容易,未表面处理的柠檬石膏使结晶活化能ΔE下降最多,经过偶联剂表面处理的柠檬石膏使结晶活化能ΔE有小幅上升。结果还表明柠檬石膏有明显的异相成核的作用。 The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics ofpolypropylene(PP) and lemon gypsum/PP composites were investigated by means of DSC. The modified Avrami theories of Jeziorny and Mo were used to analyse the data of DSC. The results indicate that the addition of lemon gypsum into PP increases the crystallinity temperature (Tp) and the rate of crystallization of PP, and decreases the activiation energy of crystallization (AE). The lemon gypsum which is treated by coupling agent make the activiation energy of crystallization decrease a little .The lemon gypsum which is not treated by coupling agent make the activiation energy of crystallization decrease a lot. The results also show that the lemon gypsum can be used as the heterogeneous nucleating agent.
