中小学教师心理健康与教学效能感相关性研究

摘  要: 目的研究中小学教师心理健康与教学效能感的相关关系,通过改善教师的心理状况,提升教师的教学效能感。方法选择东莞市厚街镇中小学教师进行心理健康状况及教学效能感调查。应用教师教学效能感量表(TES)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版(EPQ-RSC)为研究工具。结果中小学教师各因子中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对因子与全国常模的差异有统计学意义;EPQ评分P、N、E、L分与全国常模相比差异均有统计学意义;中小学教师SCL-90因子、EPQ量表评分与教学效能感之间存在显著性相关关系。结论中小学教师心理卫生水平总体较好,其心理健康水平、人格特质与教学效能感均呈显著相关。应重视和关注中小学教师的心理健康问题。 Objective To investigate the relationship between mental health and the sense of efficacy of primary and see- ondary school teachers, in order to elevate the~ the sense of teaching efficacy. Methods Three forms [Teacher Efficacy Scale (TES), SCL-90 and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short-form Chinese Version Scale (EPQ-RSC)] were used to eval- uate the relationship between mental health and teaching efficacy of 653 primary and secondary school teachers. Results Various factors of primary and secondary school teachers, such as somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, de- pression and hostility factor were different with the national norm standards. EPQ score P, N, E, L were different with the national norm standards; SCL-90, EPQ score and the sense of teaching efficacy existed significant correlation. Conclusion The level of overall mental health of primary and secondary school teachers is good. Mental health, personality traits and the sense of teaching efficacy exist significant correlation. It should be paid more attention to the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers.
