摘 要: 简要介绍了炼化企业开展全厂能量系统优化工作的方法思路和实施策略,针对炼化企业物流、能流转化及利用特点,阐述了综合考虑单元过程与设备、工艺装置、公用工程系统、罐区储运、低温热利用、蒸汽动力系统等全厂能量系统的集成优化方法及其实际应用过程。以某公司炼油全厂用能优化为案例,通过综合应用流程模拟、夹点分析、过程能量集成等手段对该企业实施全局用能优化,实现炼油能耗降低5个单位。 TThe article briefly introduces the method thinking and implementation tactics for refining enterprises to promote all-factory energy system optimization work.In the light of the characteristics of conversion and utilization of refining-chemical enterprise material and energy circulation,it expounds on the integrated optimization method comprehensively considering all-factory energy system such as unit process and equipment,technological installation,public utilities,tank zone and storage & transportation,low-temperature heat utilization,vapor power system and so on.Using an all-factory energy use optimization scheme of a certain company as an example,by implementing global energy use optimization comprehensively using measures such as flow simulation,bite analysis and process energy integration an so on,refining energy consumption reduces for 5 units.
