摘 要: 采用Pd/C催化水合肼还原法制备了5-氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉,利用IR,1 H NMR,MS和元素分析确认其结构.讨论了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂及还原剂用量对产物产率的影响.优化实验结果表明,5-氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉的产率可达92.9%.Pd/C催化水合肼还原法是一种对环境友好、简单易行的加氢还原方法. 5-Amino-1, 10-phenanthroline was prepared by the reduction of 5-nitro-1, 10-phenanthroline with hydrazine hydrate in presence of Pd/C catalyst, and characterized by IR, UV,1 H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The paper investigated the influences of temperature, time, and quantities of catalyst and hydrazine hydrate used on product yield. Under optimum conditions, parallel experimental results show that the yield of 5-amino-1, 10-phenanthroline can reach 92.9 %. The reduction method of hydrazine hydrate in presence of Pd/C catalyst is a kind of environment-friendly and simple reduction method.
