摘　　要： 秦汉时期东江地区行政区划建制促成东江文化与中原文化的最初交流、融合;"循州"和"惠州"州、府行政建制,则对隋唐和两宋时期东江文化的不断深化产生重要影响;明清时期东江地区行政建制的稳定性,制约和影响着东江文化开放、包容、创新性特征的基本形成;民国初年和国民党统治时期,东江地区行政建制的多样化,影响到东江文化新内涵的产生形成。 Administrative divisions and organizations in Qin Han Dynasty period facilitated the interaction and blending of Dongjiang Culture and the Central Plains Culture. The setup of Xunzhou State and later the Huizhou Prefecture promoted the development of Dongjiang Culture in Sui - Tang till Song Dynasty. The stability of administrative divisions and organizations Ming Qing Dynasty de fined the formation of Dongiiang Culture. Varieties of administrative divisions and organizations in early Republic China and Kuomintang administration gave new features to Dongiiang Culture.
