摘 要: 本文采用电子自旋共振 (Electron spin resonance,ESR)技术直接测定了不同抗性的大豆感染灰斑病菌后叶片中自由基含量的变化。结果表明 ,大豆品种和病原菌生理小种的组合不同 ,大豆叶片中自由基含量的变化不同。抗病品种接种后叶片中自由基含量增加 ,且一直高于相应对照的自由基含量 ;而感病品种则低于相应对照的自由基含量。本研究认为抗病品种叶片中增加的自由基在抗病反应中起着重要作用。 The free radicals in soybean leaves infected with 1,7 races of Cercospora sojina Hara were measured by ESR. The results showed that the free radical in leaves of the resistant varieties at various time after inoculation was higher than those of their contrast plants, and the free radical in the leaves of susceptible varieties was lower than those of their contrast plants. Furthermore, the changes of free radical in leaves of varieties tested were somewhat correlated with the host resistance or susceptibility to Cercospora sojina Hara.
