摘 要: 为了从生理生化角度 ,为油菜高产优质育种提供理论依据 ,以甘蓝型油菜品种湘油 13号、中油 82 1和湘油14号为材料 ,比较研究了几种酶的活性与油菜油分和蛋白质含量及产量的关系 .结果表明 :高产品种的果壳蔗糖磷酸合成酶 (SPS)和籽粒蔗糖合成酶 (SS)活性高 ;含油量高的品种其籽粒叶绿素含量和磷脂酸磷酸酯酶活性高 ,而籽粒的谷氨酰胺酶 (GS)活性低 ;蛋白质含量高的品种其叶片、果壳和籽粒中非蛋白氮含量和 GS活性均高 .初步认为油菜高产优质育种可以把籽粒具有高 SS,磷脂酸磷酸酯酶和 GS活性作为选择的生化指标 . Xiangyou 13,Zhongyou 821 and Xiangyou 14 were used as experimental materials to study the relationship between the activities of several enzymes and the oil,protein and yield of rapeseeds (Brassica napus).The results are as follows:the high yield variety has high sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) activities in pericarps and high sucrose synthase (SS) activities in grains;the high oil content variety has high chlorophyll contents and high phosphatidate phosphatse activities but low glutamine synthetase (GS) activities in grains;the high protein content variety has high non protein N contents and high GS activities in plants. For the breeding of high yield and higt quality rapeseed,high SS,GS and phosphatidate phosphatase activities in grains might be considered as biochemical characters of selection.
