摘 要: 利用流场仿真软件Fluent对具有复杂流道的纯水大流量三用阀进行了数值模拟,分析其压力和流量变化,并通过模拟单向阀和安全阀的内部流场。验证了其工作可靠性,提高了大流量三用阀对顶板的抗冲击适应性和在煤矿单体液压支柱中的实用性。从而为大流量三用阀的结构设计满足其性能要求提供了坚实的理论基础。 Using flow field simulation software Fluent are numerically simulated pure water big flow three-way valve with complex flow, analyzes pressure and flow changes, and through simulation check and safety valve internal flow field. To verify its reliability, improving big flow three-way valve of roof impact resistant adaptive and practical applicability in coal mine individual hydraulic prop. Thus for structural design of pure water big flow three-way valve to meet its performance requirements to provide solid theoretical basis.
