摘 要: 对8份木薯创新(C系列)种质进行了评比试验研究,结果表明:其理论产量36105~44475 kg/hm2、鲜薯块根淀粉含量18.4%~30.45%、氰化物含量46~173 mg/kg、晒率30.95%~42.11%、经济系数0.437~0.617等农艺性状指标变化幅度大,差异性明显,抗性表现一般。基于EST-SSR分子技术,用UPGMA法对木薯品系进行聚类分析,以平均遗传相似系数0.57为阈值,将参试木薯品种(系)分为5组,实现了分子育种与传统育种研究方法有机结合,丰富了木薯种质资源,为更好地指导杂交育种、评比试验,提供了基础材料和理论依据。 The preliminary evaluation of 8 innovative germplasms(C series) of cassava was conducted.The results indicated that their agronomic traits had large change and significant difference,for example,their theoretical yield varied from 36105 kg/hm2 to 44475 kg/hm2,the amylum content in the fresh tuber was from 18.40% to 30.45%,the cyanide content was from 46 mg/kg to 173 mg/kg,the dry rate was from 30.95% to 42.11%,and the economic coefficient was from 0.437 to 0.617.The resistance of these germplasms was normal.Based on EST-SSR molecular technique and UPGMA clustering analysis,we divided the 8 innovative cassava germplasms into 5 groups according to the average genetic similarity coefficient threshold 0.57.
