摘　　要： 辅导员的工作对大学生的健康成长至关重要,本文从合理定位角色,做好与学生的沟通工作,真诚帮助学生实现人生理想等方面阐述了新形势下辅导员的职责定位应该是成为学生健康成长的领路人。 Counselor＇s work is essential for the healthy growth of students. This paper describes how to be a good guide of students in the new situation, which includes several aspects： making proper orientation, making good communication with the students, and offering sincere help to students to realize their ideas.
