摘　　要： 我国具有丰富的金银花道地药材资源,现有4种国家地理标志产品、8件国家地理标志商标、3种国家农产品地理标志。本文介绍了我国地道金银花的地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记,探讨其地理标志知识产权保护发展对策。 There are abundant genuine medicinal honeysuckle materials in China,and they possessed 4 kinds of national geographical indication products,8 geographical indication trademarks and 3 kinds of geographical indications for agricultural products.In this paper,the protection of geographical indication products,register of geographical indication trademarks and registration of agricultural products geographical indications for genuine honeysuckle were introduced and the protection for intellectual property of geographical indications were discussed,too.
