海洋细菌AiL3防治芒果炭疽病研究

摘  要: 为探讨拮抗芒果炭疽菌的海洋细菌AiL3的防病作用,采用室内和田间小区试验,对该菌株防治芒果炭疽病的效果进行了测定。室内防病试验结果表明,AiL3菌株各处理液对采后芒果炭疽病均有较好的防病效果,以含1‰Tween80的10倍发酵稀释液处理效果最好,6 d后的防治效果为53.7%,明显高于同期施保克处理27.0%;田间小区试验结果表明,菌株能够通过抑制病菌扩展速度减轻病害的发生,其中含1‰Tween80的10倍上清稀释液处理组的效果最好,3次施药后10 d和20 d后对田间芒果叶和果的防病效果分别为47.5%、41.2%和49.7%、42.9%。 Both indoor and field tests were used to study the efficacy of a marine bacterial strain AlL3 on the biological control of mango anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The indoor test results showed that all the treatments with the strain AiL3 had a good control effect on the mango anthracnose. The best control effect came from the treatment with the strain AlL3 ferulentation liquid diluted 10 times which contained l%e Tween80 and reached 53.7% at 6 d. The field tests treated with the strain AlL3 showed the speed of disease epidemic of mango leaves and fruit slowing down significantly. The optimal control efficiency came from the treatment with the culture supernatant diluted 10 times containing 1%vTween80. The control effect of the disease on the leaf and young fruit was 47.5%, 41.2% and 49.7%, 42.9% at 10ds and 20ds respectively.
