摘　　要： 本文系统分析了应急物流的三大参与主体——政府、公众和相关组织对应急物流信息化平台的功能需求,提出了应急物流信息化平台的模块化层次结构设计方案,并从总体框架、数据库及主要功能模块三方面进行了设计。 This paper analyses the three main participators about government, public and related organizations systematically to the functional requirement of Emergency Logistics Information Platform, gives a design method with modular hierarchical architecture, and designs the Information Platform for the general frame, databases and major function modules.
