摘　　要： 创新网络作为新型的技术创新组织模式,兼具集优性,动态协同性、良性辐射性和持续创新性等优势,创新网络内形成的创新环境有利于产业转型和区域经济的发展。广东传统产业的网络结点对等性高,结点之间的联系程度日益紧密,网络结点间的协作模式有待改善。优化广东产业创新网络的措施:推动创新网络内的高技术扩散,搭建公共平台加速创新网络内的资源整合,优化空间布局推动产业转移,建立健全协同发展机制,实现智慧升级绿色转型。 Innovation network,a new organizing model for technical innovation,combines such advantages as optimization,dynamic co-operativity,benign radiation,and sustainable innovation.Innovation environment created by innovation network can facilitate industrial transformation and regional economic development.The status quo of Guangdong's industrial innovation network is characterized by the following traits: the matching between network nodes is high;the interrelations between network nodes are turning more and more close;the cooperation mode between network nodes remains to be ameliorated.The measures for the optimization of Guangdong industrial innovation network can be concluded this way: to motivate the dissemination of advanced technology in innovation network,to establish a public platform for the acceleration of resources' integration within an innovation network,to advance industrial transformation by optimizing the special layout of innovation network,to set a complete and sound cooperative development mechanism,and to realize the transformation from traditional industry to green industry.
