摘 要: 为在薄板坯连铸连轧流程实现中高碳钢热轧板的高精度轧制,对铸坯形状、轧辊温度、轧辊配置等方面进行研究和控制,厚度公差控制在±25μm以内,平直度控制在±10I以内,产品精度比国内外同类企业的高。 In order to utilize high precision rolling of medium and high carbon sheet by using thin slab casting and rolling, shape of thin slab, rolling temperature and rolls configuration were studied and controlled, thickness tolerance is eontroued within ±25μm and flatness within 10I which is better than that of similar companies from home and abroad.
