摘　　要： 研究目的:为构建合理的空间规划体系、服务于相关规划的开展提供参考。研究方法:归纳综合法。研究结果:村级土地利用规划处于探索阶段,较多应用精明增长和可持续发展的生态理念,形成了公众参与为主导的规划方法,但还存在着规划定位不明、规划研究不足、乡村特色考虑不足、管理实施薄弱等问题。研究结论:未来研究的主要方向及重点是对村尺度空间规划的定位、基于多样化的乡村特色的规划技术和方法以及村尺度空间管制的研究。 The purpose of this paper is to provide the scientific references for the design of reasonable spatial planning system and related village plans. Method used was the deductive analysis. The results indicated that the land use planning at village level was still in its initiating stage, such as it only applied the concepts of smart growth, sustainable development, and public participation. However, there were also many weaknesses such as the role of the plan was unclear, lack of related researches, paying less attention to the rural character and the implementation of the planning. The paper concluded that the main direction of future research was to make a clear role of village technology and method of spatial planning based on the diversity of rural characteristics and the village level planning, explore spatial control at
