矿井避难硐室防火防爆密闭系统研究与试验

摘  要: 通过爆炸冲击压力计算,确定了矿井避难硐室防火防爆密闭门、墙的厚度分别为8 mm和1.6 m。研究确定了防爆门墙采用抗爆隔温的复合结构及阻燃材料:硐室外管路采用预埋的铺设方式;硐室四周充填密闭缓冲材料。通过抗爆及现场气密试验,测定了防爆门的最大抗爆压力为0.61 MPa,回风系统抗爆压力为0.37 MPa,硐室最大充气压力为2 700 Pa,研究确定了避难硐室防火防爆密闭系统的组成,提高了系统的防火防爆性能。 The research determined that the thicknesses of fireproof,anti-explosion airtight door and wall were 8 mm and 1.6 m by explosion calculation.According to the research,anti-explosion heat-insulation compound structures and flame-retardant materials of the door and wall,the treatment method of being pre-buried pipes outside,airtight and buffer layer structure were determined.The experiments of anti-explosion and air tightness of refuge determinates that the maximum pressure of anti-explosion is 0.61 MPa,the anti-explosion pressure is 0.37 MPa of returning vent pipes,the maximum inflation pressure is 2 700 Pa.The research determines the structures of fireproof,anti-explosion and airtight system in refuge haven,improves the fireproof anti-explosion airtight performance of the system.
