摘 要: 齿轮五杆机构作为一种组合机构,在机械设计中应用十分广泛。掌握该机构连杆曲线所具有的性质及影响因素是对机构进行设计应用的前提。基于SolidWorks平台,利用其参数化造型的特点,建立齿轮五杆机构的动态仿真系统,对机构各杆件的长度、初始相位角、齿轮的齿数比等参数对连杆曲线的影响进行了研究。结果表明,齿数比和初始相位角是改变连杆曲线形状的两个重要参数。与传统的图解法和解析法相比,该方法简单高效,通用性和可视性极佳。 A Geared five-bar mechanism as a combination of mechanism is widely applied to mechanical design.In control of the feature and influence factor of bar linkage curve of the mechanism,it is a prerequisite for design applications.Based on SolidWorks with its parametric modeling features,the dynamic simulation system for a Geared five-bar mechanism is established and some influence factors of bar linkage curve,as the length of each bar,the initial phase angle and the gear ratio,are studied.The results show that the gear ratio and the initial phase angle are two important parameters to change the shape of bar linkage curve.With the traditional graphical method and analytical method,this method is simpler and more efficient,and has excellent versatility and visibility.
