摘 要: 在温和条件下,细胞色素P450模拟体系催化分子氧对底物羟化的能力十分有限,这与金属卟啉配合物周围缺少如天然细胞色素P450成键位置中由蛋白链折叠而形成的疏水性微环境有关.高分子固载金属卟啉配合物中,高分子载体表面基团可作为酶活性中心周围微环境的化学模拟,有望提?.. Polystyrene\|supported porphyrinatomanganese(Ⅲ), PS\|Mn(HPTPP)Cl, was synthesized by the reaction of chloromethylated polystyrene with 5\|(4\|hydroxyl)phenyl\|10,15,20\|triphenyl porphyrinatomanganese(Ⅲ) in DMF. Its catalytic activity in hydroxylation of cyclohexane by the PS\|Mn(HPTPP)Cl-O\-2-ascrobate system has been studied. It is found that the method to enhance the catalytic activity of metalloporphyrin by preparing polymer\|supported metalloporphyrin has more effect on porphyrinatomanganese (Ⅲ) than on porphyrinatoiron (Ⅲ).
