摘 要: 研究了预浸渍化学药品NaOH和H2O2的用量对沙柳两段P-RCAPMP浆料性能的影响。结果表明:NaOH和H2O2用量分别是影响沙柳两段P-RCAPMP强度性能和白度的主要因素,NaOH最佳总用量为8%,H2O2的最佳总用量为10%;当第一段浸渍时NaOH和H2O2用量比大于1,二段化学浸渍NaOH和H2O2用量比一般小于1时,浆料的强度和白度都能得到最佳效果。 The effect of chemicals dosage in the preimpregnation on the pulping properties of Salix two-stage P-RC APMP was studied. The results show that NaOH is the main factor influencing the strength performance of Salix two-stage P-RC APMP, H2O2 is the main factor influencing the brightness of Salix two-stage P-RC APMP, with the best total dosage of NaOH 8% and the best total dosage of H2O2 8%. When the dosage of NaOH is higher than H2O2, in the first stage and the dosage of NaOH is less than H2O2 in the second stage, the best effects in strength and brightness of Salix two-stage P-RC APMP are reached.
