精密喷射成形HM1热锻模具的组织与性能

摘  要: 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线以及性能测试等方法,对精密喷射成形HM1热锻模具的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究,并与铸态模具进行比较。结果表明,采用精密喷射成形可获得表面质量良好、轮廓清晰的HM1热锻模具,所制得的模具平均致密度达99.5%;喷射态晶粒尺寸平均约为15μm,晶粒得到了明显细化;在520℃经2h回火处理后,喷射态硬度达HRC54,而铸态仅为HRC49。压缩断口分析表明,铸态为脆性断裂与韧性断裂共存的混合型断裂,喷射态呈现典型的韧性断裂模式。 In order to develop the technology of rapidly precision spray forming tooling, microstructure and mechanical properties of HM1 hot forging die processed by precision spray forming were investigated by OM (optical microscope), SEM(scanning electron microscope), XRD (X-ray diffraction) and mechanical testing, and were compared with those of one processed by conventional casting tooling. The results indicate that the HM1 hot forging die with good surface quality and clear outline can be produced, and the average relative density reaches 99.5%. The grain size in spraying formed tool is approximately 15 μm, compared with about 100 μm in casting tool, significantly refined. After tempering at 520 ℃ for 2 hours, the hardness of the spraying formed specimen is HRC54, while it is only HRC49 in the casting specimen. The fracture analysis shows that the casting specimen exhibits the mixture fracture with brittle fracture and ductile fracture, and the typical ductile fracture is presented in the spray formed specimen.
