摘 要: 以油茶籽粕为原料,对其糖萜素的提取和制备工艺进行研究。结果表明,采用水提取油茶籽粕中糖萜素的优化工艺为:浸提温度90℃、浸提时间3h、浸提料液比1∶15、浸提次数2次,糖萜素得率为17.3%;采用乙醇提取油茶籽粕中糖萜素的优化工艺为:乙醇体积分数60%~70%、浸提温度90℃、浸提时间3h、浸提料液比1∶15、浸提次数2次,糖萜素得率为31.5%。经检测,所制备的糖萜素样品所测指标均符合国家标准。 Saccharicterpenin was extracted and prepared from Camellia seed meal. The results showed that: the optimum technology of saccharicterpenin extraction with water was as follows: extraction temperature of 90℃, extraction time of 3 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 15 and extraction for 2 times, the yield of saccharicterpenin was 17.3%; The optimum technology of saccharicterpenin extraction with ethanol was as follows: ethanol concentration of 60%~70 % (v/v), extraction temperature of 90℃, extraction time of 3 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 15, extraction for 2 times, the yield of saccharicterpenin was 31.5%. The detection index of saccharicterpenin samples were accord with national standards.
