摘 要: 当前政府网站在公众服务方面最薄弱的环节就是政府与公众的互动性不足。基于管理沟通理论、政府社会资本,结合实际情况调研,构造了一个政府网站政民互动模型,并对该模型进行实证分析,试图从理论上、理念上系统地探究政府网站政民互动不足的深层原因和根本性的改善路径。 The insufficiency of the interactivity between government and the public is the weakest part of public service of government websites. Based on the Communication Theory and the Social Capital Theory, an interactivity model between government and the public is constructed and empirically analyzed so as to figure out the root causes and radical improvement routes.
